A non-profit organization of residential property owners with a shared goal to protect the residential neighborhoods along East Wynnewood Road in the face of commercial development pressures, participate in land use planning for the future of the St. Charles Seminary tract, inform affected neighborhoods of matters regarding the development of the St. Charles Seminary tract, including traffic volume and parking on neighborhood roadways, and provide advice and potential support to affected neighborhoods regarding other development along East Wynnewood Road.

Indian Creek Civic Association is in compliance with the requirements of 15 Pa.C.S. § 5306 State of PA. The corporation is incorporated under the Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988.

Indian Creek Civic Association is currently being established as a legal and civic entity to promote the safety, prosperity and well-being of the residents of Indian Creek. We invite you to join our efforts through membership and volunteering for any of the many activities sponsored by the Association.
